Mr. Huang Shan (PhD in Management) has over 20 years experience in financial service and management. Prior to founding Wealth Index Capital, Mr. Huang served as a Senior VP of China’s fortune 500, responsible for its IPO and capital market activities. In addition to his current major role as CEO of Wealth Index, he is also on board of Network I Financial Securities, as well as serving as the Assistant Director of the Financial Research Department, Financial Development Council (FDC) for the United Nations. He has has successfully assisted dozens of Chinese enterprises listed in major global capital markets in the US, Europe, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He has led and participated in various private equity investment of high-growth companies in a wide range of industry sectors, with a total amount of hundreds of millions US dollars. Mr. Huang is also a distinguished author of several publication of financial services in China. As a prolific writer, Mr. Huang has published hundreds of papers and books in finance and management, which had extensive and deep influence in the industry. His books include The Way to Start a Business, the Road to Red Chips, Comparison and Research Among Global Capital Markets and The Practice of Small and Medium Enterprises Listed Overseas and Hong Kong, etc.
Mr. Adam He joined Wealth Index as CFO in 2019. Previously, he served as CFO of Wanda America Investment Holding Co. from 2012 to 2019, subsidiary of Wanda Group - a Fortune Global 500 company. Among many responsibilities, he managed both projects – a 101-story landmark “Vista Tower” development in downtown Chicago since 1/2015, and NYSE traded AMC Entertainment from 8/2012 to 12/2014. He also served as an independent board director at iFresh Inc., Professional Diversity Network Inc. and Energy Focus Inc., all listed on the NASDAQ. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Financial Controller of NYSE listed Xinyuan Real Estate Co., a top developer of large scale, high quality residential real estate projects. Previously, Mr. He served as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in New York, and held various roles at Chinatex Corporation and an architecture company. He is a member of the Financial Executives International and vice chair of the China General Chamber of Commerce Chicago. Mr. He obtained a bachelor and master of Science in Taxation from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, and a master of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. He is a Certified Public Accountant, both in China and in New York state
Ms. Zhao has 10 years of experience in building and advising corporations through M&A and capital market transactions globally. Ms. Zhao is proficient in road-shows presentation, structuring and negotiating transactions and terms with international investment communities, governmental authorities and corporate finance. After joining as Investment Director in 2012, Ms. Zhao became Managing Partner in 2015, mainly in charge of international business planning and developing, partner-facing support functions and relationships with international businesses. Meanwhile, Ms. Zhao is also appointed as the Representative in China of Network 1 Financial Security Inc., responsible for assisting enterprises to be listed overseas. In her early career, Ms. Zhao worked at SUNTV Video LTD as a Specialist. She brings experience of the media, business negotiation, and is familiar with international business activities. Mr. Liu boasts an impressive academic background, being alumnus of Tsinghua University, Columbia University, and London Business School, holding Master of Engineering, Mathematics, and MBA degrees. Mr. Liu has more than 16 years of experience in the US financial markets. In his early years, he served as manager in UBS Investment Banking. Over the past decade, he has served as the Chairman of the board, CEO, or COO in 3 public companies, successfully driven these companies through a series of cross-border M&A and private placements. His experiences span a diverse array of sectors, including Finance, Technology, Education and Construction Materials. He is particularly adept at Enterprise Strategic Planning and Capital Structure Design during an IPO or M&A process. Mr. Liu has successfully led multiple IPO, Reverse Acquisition, M&A, and Capital Raising endeavors.
Graduated from Fudan University, Mr. Wang currently acts as a partner of Shu Jin Law Firm. He is good at corporate restructuring and legal affairs of being listed at home and abroad. Representative projects: The joint-stock system reorganization and IPOs of over 20 companies including Shenzhen Airport, SDGI, Qualipak (Hong Kong), JMC (Singapore) at home and abroad; capital operation such as asset restructuring, including stock right transfer, merger and acquisition (including ESOP and MBO), representative projects: The asset restructuring and merger and acquisition of multiple companies (including listed companies), such as Guangzhou Hengyun, OCT Holding. In addition, Mr. Wang participated in the sixth legal research project, Legal Considerations on the Management Buyout of Listed Companies, of Shanghai Stock Exchange.

From 2000 to 2004, he worked at USA-based PWC (purchased by IBM in 2002), participating in multiple major financial service consulting projects. As a member of the CFA Institute, he has the certificate of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). As a bachelor in international accounting from Xiamen University, he dealt with international trade for over three years at the USA branch of a company directly under China’s Ministry of Foreign Economics and Trade in his early years, making him have a good command of international trade and business management.Mr. Huang graduated from Columbia University and obtained his master degree from the school of international and public affairs. As a doctor of management from Komazawa University, Mr. Fu used to be the chief representative of SkyStation Co., Ltd. (a Japan-based listed company), executive vice president of CITIC CCDG (a UK-based listed company), and secretary general of Beijing Association for Promotion of Network Technology. In 2006, he joined USA Wealth Index Capital Group, directing and participating in the IPOs of numerous enterprises.
As an MBA from Preston University, Mr. Yang has 15 years of experience in financial institutions. He has successively worked for the investment bank department of Guotai Junan Securities, China Minsheng Banking Corporation, and China Everbright Bank. Familiar with China’s capital market and commercial banking, he specializes in the capital operation for enterprises, including restructuring, reorganization, and being listed at home and abroad.
